A little prep makes a big difference. Follow these steps for a smoother fit and longer wear.
1. Prep
Wash and fully dry your hands. Gently push back your cuticles, lightly buff away surface shine, and remove any dust or oil from the natural nail.
2. Find your fit
Match one press-on to each nail before applying. The nail should cover the natural nail from sidewall to sidewall without pressing into the skin. If you are between sizes, choose the slightly larger nail and gently file the sides.
3. Apply
Follow the instructions for your chosen adhesive. Align the press-on just above the cuticle, lower it into place, and press firmly for at least 30 seconds. Avoid touching the prepared nail surface before application.
4. Let them set
For the best hold, avoid water, lotion, and heavy hand use immediately after application.
5. Remove gently
Never pull or force the nails off. Soak them in warm soapy water with a little oil, then gently lift from the sides as the adhesive softens. Repeat as needed.
Ready to wear them again?
Clean away leftover adhesive carefully, store each nail in its set, and keep them dry between wears.
